As a kind of emulsion-type water-soluble medium copper wire drawing liquid, WT-2052 combines German-imported lubricant additive with unique copper antioxidant of the Company, applicable to wire drawing and lubrication for medium and heavy drawing of copper materials. Its diluted solution is light white solution.
☆ Compared with tradition emulsion, it features low consumption and low dosage;
☆ Less foam, eliminating foam occurred due to heavy drawing;
☆ Good lubrication, greatly reducing grooving situation of cone pulley of large drawing machine;
☆ Prolonged service life, increasing service duration of lubrication products and shortening discharge period.
Application
WT-2052 is used for processing lubrication of wire drawing by medium and heavy drawing of copper materials. Use deionized water for dilution (as for running water, it is recommended to conduct pretreatment), the following working concentration is suggested, it can also be adjusted properly by making use of different processes.
